My stay here was a 10 out of 10! What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness and location of the room and Jake was extremely helpful and replied within minutes of any issue that arose. The room was sanitized to perfection, which I really appreciated and there was tons of towels under the sink, which is also something a lot of places lack there’s nothing I could think of that could make this stay better. It was exceptional. Thank you again for everything !

Jake’s beautiful two bedroom was perfectly suited for our stay. We booked urgently as our reservation elsewhere fell through: quick to book us and checked us in early! The unit itself was well kept, the beds were well made, and the in house shower products felt high quality. The check in process was super easy, and Jake was flexible with us when we needed a place to store our bags while we were about town although our reservation had ended.

This place absolutely exceeded every expectation—an easy 10/10 stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention the host puts into every detail. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—one of those rare spots that somehow feels both luxurious and like home at the same time. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was either a short walk or quick drive away, yet it still felt peaceful and tucked away enough to truly relax. It’s the kind of place where you can start your morning with coffee in total calm and end your day feeling like you’ve actually had a getaway. The amenities were top-tier—everything was thoughtfully stocked and exactly as described (if not better). You can tell this isn’t just a rental, it’s an experience that’s been carefully curated. And the host? Truly outstanding. Communication was lightning-fast, friendly, and helpful from start to finish.

Thank you Jake for a wonderful stay! The responsiveness and service provided was absolutely fantastic! The property is located in a really nice neighborhood and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The apartment was a different one than shown on the photos but it turned out to be perfect because of how quiet it was and how bright the rooms were! Jake and his team were very responsive, pleasant and ready to make our stay a very comfortable one. Lastly, no annoying checkout chores, that alone was a huge plus! We were able to relax until the last minute.

Clean beautiful space!

We stayed here while my dad was in Philadelphia for heart bypass surgery, and what was supposed to be 4 nights turned into 7. Jake and Chris were incredible, so understanding and flexible when we needed to extend, and thankfully we didn’t have to move. They were always quick to respond and made everything easy during a stressful time. The unit was comfortable, had everything we needed, and truly felt like a home base. We were especially grateful for the in-unit washer and dryer with the extended stay. Elevator access was also a big help for my parents. You may hear some noise at times, but that’s just part of a multi-unit building. Great Old City location, very walkable, with parking nearby, which was a huge plus. About 15 minutes to the hospital. We’re so thankful for this stay and for Jake and Chris. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Jake’s place. We were previously booked elsewhere and the host canceled a few hours before check-in. We found Jake’s place at availability and he was very helpful and accommodating in getting us settle as quickly as possible. The place is very clean and in a great area in between Northern Liberties and Old City. It was easy to walk to public transportation as well as walkable neighborhoods to explore surrounding the building. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our time. We appreciated Jake’s responsiveness and hope to be back in Philadelphia soon!

Jake was good about giving me a refund for not finding us a “good fit” I would not recommend for black or brown guests if you don’t want to feel profiled. There are other places that may feel more welcoming in the area.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Jake’s place. It was a short weekend getaway so this was perfect. The location is incredible- so easy to walk to lots of good food and sights. Quiet neighborhood and easy to locate. Enjoyed the rooftop views - check it out at night! The apartment was clean and well appointed with basics. We had a terrific stay in this apartment. The description and photos were 100% accurate. Everything was super clean and Jake was quick to respond to any communications we sent. The beds and the bed linens are very comfy. The neighborhood is extremely walkable: restaurants, local convenience store, and philly tourist sites. Also, the renowned medical centers are a short drive. I highly recommend Jake’s place and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay in Philly! Had to go help a family member with medical treatment and needed a safe spot with elevator and walk in shower! Jake’s place did not disappoint! We had a very good stay and I liked the easy walk for snacks and grocery items. Jake and his team were responsive and helpful with all requests and needs! Highly recommended! Parking close by was also a huge plus!

We stayed here while in Philly for our daughter’s cheer competition and it was perfect for our family of five. The space was exactly what we needed with much more room than a hotel which made a big difference with kids and everything was very clean and well maintained so we felt right at home. Jake was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay and made communication and check in seamless. The location was also convenient for getting to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a very clean, and peaceful place, in a great area. The place is just as described, and the host is very pleasant and kind. I will stay at this place again.

We were very pleased with this property. It met all of our needs. The location was great. We were there two days before we realized our proximity to the river. Great place if you enjoy running. I walked over to wax and wine where you can make your own custom scented candles. We were also close to Del Rossi’s, which had great cheesesteaks and pizza. I was most impressed with the host’s responsiveness. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host respond so quickly. “Attentive” would be an understatement. We flew in late and got to the unit about 2 AM and ran into issues parking. I was surprised to see a response at that time as I was expecting they would probably reach back out in the morning, which he also did and rectified my parking issue to my great satisfaction. I would highly recommend. Hot showers are of the utmost importance and this place had greatwater pressure and plenty of hot water. The mattresses were a little firm for all of our backs, but other than that, everything was perfect.

This was a great place to stay. Sparkling clean, plenty of room and everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend staying here. Parking around the area is very tricky if you need to be close but there are places in short walking distance.

Jake is an excellent host. Check in was a breeze thanks to his clear and easy to follow directions. The space is clean and comfortable while being very accommodating for a mid-sized group. The location is convenient and easy to get to while still being close to much of what the city has to offer. Highly recommend this stay.
